Need Help With Moodle?

Here is a brief checklist you might like to to try first:

Browser - Chrome and Firefox only.

Login - firstname.lastname

Password - You may have changed it already or cant remember it. The password can be reset for you. Your original password has a capital letter at the start.

Accessing your course - We have thousands of people enrolled in Moodle. We may have inadvertently missed your name, but this can be rectified quickly.

Contacting me

Email in the first instance. If applicable, attach a screen shot or use Snipping Tool to capture an error on screen, which can help explain the issue. 

I am in three days a week 8.30am-4.30pm, and move quickly to rectify any problems with your Moodle. Your issue with Moodle can sometimes be fixed quickly or it can take a bit longer, it depends on the problem.
