A Traineeship is a Government funded structured program, that combines training with paid work, enabling you to have a job while you complete training towards a nationally recognised qualification.

Traineeships are available to anyone of working age, as long as you live in WA and are an Australian Citizen, Permanent Resident or hold an appropriate visa. 

You can do a traineeship if you are a school-leaver, re-entering the workforce or as an adult worker simply wishing to change careers. You can even begin a traineeship while you're still at school in years 11 and 12.



Traineeship programs can be completed as either full-time or part-time contracts, however durations will vary depending on the certification. Refer the Certification links found in the Qualifications section below for more detailed information

BSB30115 - Certficate III Business
BSB30415 - Certificate III in Business Administration
CHC30113 - Certificate III Early Childhood Education and Care
CHC40113 - Certificate IV in School Age Education and Care
CHC50113 - Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care
ICT20115 - Certificate II Information Digital Media and Technology
SIS20115 - Certificate II in Sport and Recreation
SIS30115 - Certificate III in Sport and Recreation
